Silver Lining Group uses the Remind text message system to send out alerts to all clients, parents and staff. These alerts pertain, but are not limited to the following situations: 

​

• Center closing notifications 

• Any weather or emergency updates that may affect client services (delays and/or early releases) 

• Reminders for field trips, parties, special events, parent & community trainings 

• Reminders for notices, forms, etc. that need to be returned to the center

In the event of inclement weather or emergency closings the clients and staff can find this information on local TV broadcasts, or each site's Facebook page. In addition, clients and staff that signed up via the Remind text message system will be notified via text. If the center will be closed due to weather it will be posted by 6:00 am.
